Slime Concept Art

In this series of posts, I’m revealing the concept art for the game. Today, let’s look at the slime, one of my favorite minions.

Early Concept Art

Early Concept Art

You can see that earlier concepts made the slime a bit more primitive, while later concepts gave it a bit of personality. Frankly, I wanted the slime to have a face.

Updated Concept Art

It may be slow and dopey, but the slime aims to please.

Final Concept Art

Summon slimes when you want to distract heroes with a tough-to-kill minion who can act as an obstacle. Slimes also leave behind slime trails as they move. Any heroes caught in those trails will find it hard to move, giving your other minions more time to attack.
